Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin met with the promising personnel reserve

Today, advanced training courses for young specialists included in the promising personnel reserve of the regional executive committee have started in Vitebsk. 30 people from all districts of the region have arrived at the regional center for the classes – these are chief engineers of farms, economists, teachers, employees of district agricultural production departments, financial and economic departments of district executive committees, and students of the veterinary academy.

The chairman of the regional executive committee also met with the personnel reserve. Alexander Subbotin proposed to hold the conversation informally, in a dialogue mode, and urged the youth not to hesitate to talk about what worries or concerns them.

— I decided to come to you personally, colleagues. I call you this not by chance. You were selected for the promising personnel reserve based on your personal and professional qualities, and we expect that you will grow into leaders, managers who will manage enterprises and territories. Therefore, I suggest we communicate in a relaxed atmosphere, ask each other questions. But do not perceive this as some kind of exam, I am ready to share not only official information but also life experience, — the head of the region set the tone for the conversation.

As Larisa Korenko, chief specialist of the main department of organizational and personnel work of the regional executive committee, reported, a rich program awaits the students for 5 days. It consists of seminars, lectures, and round tables with the participation of heads of enterprises, organizations, and chairmen of city and district executive committees.

An off-site practical session will be held at UP "Vitebskoblgaz". A visit to the Ice Palace and the hockey club "Vitebsk" is also planned, where young people will be able not only to broaden their horizons but also to go ice skating. Based on the results of the courses, the listeners will receive certificates of the established sample.
