Glubokoye Dairy and Canning Plant received a kosher certificate for the production of condensed milk

August 8, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. OJSC "Glubokoe Dairy and Canned Milk Plant" has received a kosher certificate for the production of condensed milk with sugar, the enterprise informed a BELTA correspondent.

The prestigious certificate confirms the high quality and naturalness of Glubokoe products, as well as the high production culture at the enterprise. Obtaining it gives the plant the opportunity to supply condensed milk to Israel. Currently, the enterprise is considering entering this market: the first applications for kosher condensed milk have already been received, and contracts are being processed.

The quality of the products of the Glubokoe Dairy and Canned Milk Plant is confirmed by numerous other certificates. Thus, since 2004, the plant has implemented a quality management system for the production of condensed and dry milk preserves, and butter in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001. In December 2008, a certificate was obtained for the compliance of the quality and safety management system for the production and storage of condensed milk preserves based on the analysis of risks and critical control points (HACCP) with the requirements of STB 1470-2004. Since May 24, 2011, the plant has been operating a quality management system for the production of condensed milk preserves in accordance with the requirements of LST EN ISO 9001: 2008, and a food safety management system has also been implemented in compliance with the requirements of LST EN ISO 22000: 2005 in the field of condensed milk preserves production.

For January-June, the enterprise produced products worth Br153 billion, or 144.8% compared to the same period in 2010. Sales profitability reached 13.4%. Exports for this period increased by 11.4% to $20.2 million. Their share in the total sales volume was 47.5%. Supplies were made to Russia, Ukraine, Canada, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, and Armenia.

The enterprise was founded in 1966. It includes the Braslav production branch and the agricultural enterprise "Mnyuto". The plant produces canned milk, butter, dry milk, whole milk products, casein, and hard rennet cheeses. The range of products manufactured includes over 120 items. The number of employees is 1.1 thousand people.-0-
