March 2, Minsk / Tatyana Lobas - BELTA /. Glubokoye Dairy and Canning Plant intends to invest Br15.8 billion in technological re-equipment in 2010, which is 2.5 times more than last year. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by Olga Kulakovskaya, Deputy General Director of the enterprise for economics. According to her, this year the reconstruction of the refrigeration system is to be completed, a line for packaging, bottling and stacking of condensed milk in No. 7 tin cans will be purchased, new separators and bactofuges, and a specialized washing machine for the main production will be acquired. The enterprise has recently mastered the production of whole condensed milk in a modern, convenient doypack packaging weighing 300 g. This packaging is designed in the same style as the tin can - with the familiar blue geometric pattern. In addition to the production of concentrated sterilized and whole condensed milk with sugar in a 400 g tin can and condensed milk in tubes, it is planned to produce condensed milk in a 170 g tin can. In 2009, the enterprise became a laureate of the "Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation Market" competition. First place and a gold medal were awarded for concentrated sterilized milk and whole condensed milk with sugar. At the international exhibition "ProdExpo-2010" in Moscow in February of this year, Glubokoye Dairy and Canning Plant won gold medals for several types of its products: concentrated sterilized milk, whole condensed milk with sugar, and whole condensed milk with chicory. The plant pays great attention to quality. In 2009, the enterprise received certificates of conformity in the National Certification System of Belarus for 12 types of products. Certification was carried out in the GOST "R" system. Certification was carried out in the Russian Federation for 25 types of products with the receipt of sanitary and epidemiological conclusions and certificates of conformity for 4 types: whole condensed milk with sugar, boiled condensed milk with sugar "Lakomka", condensed cream with sugar, and cow's milk butter. For these types of products, certificates of conformity for the right to mark with the "Natural Product" sign have also been obtained. Based on the results of work for the first two months of this year, industrial production volumes at comparable prices increased by 33.5%, and consumer goods - by 64.1%. In the total volume of foreign supplies, the share of Russian exports exceeds 60%. In addition to Russia, products are supplied to 12 countries, including Kazakhstan, Moldova, Armenia, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Poland, and Germany. For the first time in 2009, the enterprise supplied dry milk to Africa. The enterprise was founded in 1972. The plant specializes in the production of condensed milk, whole milk products, dry milk, casein, and cheese. About 60% of the total production volume is exported. 25 types of condensed milk, 2 types of dry milk, and 2 types of butter are supplied to foreign consumers.
