The State Automobile Inspectorate of the Vitebsk region, due to the complicated weather conditions, urges all road users to be especially attentive and cautious.

Drivers are advised to refrain from using personal vehicles. If this is not possible, it is necessary to strictly observe the distance between vehicles, do not exceed the speed limit, and be extremely careful when maneuvering on the road.

Pedestrians should ensure their own safety before stepping onto the roadway. Start moving only when all traffic has stopped and is yielding to pedestrians. Also, do not forget to make yourself visible in the dark with reflective elements. These simple safety rules will help avoid undesirable consequences.
