State Control inspects the condition of machine yards in farms of the Vitebsk region
November 14, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. State control is checking the condition of machine yards in farms of the Vitebsk region, the Vitebsk Regional Committee of State Control informed a BELTA correspondent.
A specially created interdepartmental working group is monitoring the timeliness of putting equipment into storage in agricultural enterprises, ensuring its safety, maintaining the proper condition of machine yards, and the presence of checkpoints in them. Issues of landscaping machine yards are under special control.
To date, 16 agricultural enterprises in Sennensky, Orshansky, Verkhnedvinsky, and Braslavsky districts have been inspected, and numerous facts of violations and mismanagement have been revealed. In particular, in many farms, complex agricultural machinery (grain and forage harvesters), and trailed units were not put into long-term storage in accordance with established requirements, the territory of machine yards was not properly fenced, there was insufficient lighting, and there were no special areas for storing decommissioned equipment, scrap metal, and scrap tires.
"Based on the results of the inspections, the employees of the interdepartmental group made proposals to eliminate the violations to the farms, which allowed the situation to be corrected in a timely manner," the specialists noted, emphasizing that selective monitoring in the region's farms will continue, so responsible officials of agricultural organizations should take care of the condition of machine yards and the equipment entrusted to them in advance. Otherwise, strict measures will be taken against negligent managers.
Based on the results of the inspection, detailed information with conclusions and proposals will be submitted to the State Control Committee of Belarus and the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.-0-
