State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota visited the Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant and the Flax Combine

State Secretary of the Union State Grigory Rapota, who arrived in the region on a working visit, visited OJSC "Orsha Aircraft Repair Plant" and RUPTP "Orsha Flax Mill".

During the meeting, issues of mutually beneficial cooperation between the aircraft repair plant and the Russian joint-stock company "Helicopters of Russia" were discussed, in particular, the repair of the well-known Mi-2, Mi-8, Mi-24, Mi-26.

Visiting the flax mill, the State Secretary positively assessed the modernization carried out, the scale of production, the range and quality of products.

"This enterprise has a great future," Grigory Rapota expressed his confidence. "A competitive product is produced here. Of course, Russians know Orsha flax well, but sometimes it is still difficult to find it in stores. Your products should catch the eye, so there is still work to be done here by those involved in sales. I was impressed by the cottonized flax, and this direction must definitely be developed."
