BelGISS launched a Telegram channel

Since mid-November, the official public Telegram channel of the State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus has been operational. It is called "Safety and Quality".

Here you can find out all about unsafe products, prohibited for import and sale in the country. This information will help make Belarusians' lives safer and help trade avoid unpleasant consequences that may arise from the sale of substandard goods.

You can find the Telegram channel via the link, or by typing "safety and quality" or "gosstandartby" in the search bar.

Messages are marked with thematic hashtags (#), which makes it easier to find the necessary information if needed. For example, if you are interested only in information about food products, you just need to click on #food_products in a pinned or published message. And all information published on this topic will immediately appear on the screen.

Also, on the Telegram channel, you can familiarize yourself with the most important requirements of technical regulations and standards for consumers, expert opinions, take a look "behind the scenes" of testing laboratories, learn where and how goods are tested, and how not to be deceived.
