The state block of shares of OJSC "Lepelpromshveymebel" is put up for auction

November 5, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. The "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" Fund is putting up for auction a state block of shares of the open joint-stock company "Lepelpromshveimebel". The auction is scheduled for November 30, Larisa Shcheglova, head of the auctions and tenders department of "Vitebskoblimushchestvo", told a BELTA correspondent. The state owns 238,820 shares, which is 100% of the authorized fund. The starting price of the block of shares is Br1,371,065,620. The enterprise is engaged in the production of furniture and sewing products, and about 100 people work there. The sale of the state block of shares is carried out in accordance with the plan for the sale of shares of open joint-stock companies created in the process of denationalization and privatization of objects in communal ownership for 2008-2010, approved by the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. According to this plan, it is planned to put up for auction two more blocks of shares of two joint-stock companies. -0-
