Humanitarian aid for refugees is being prepared in Vitebsk
The Red Cross has begun collecting humanitarian aid in the Vitebsk region for migrants on the Belarusian-Polish border. The Belarusian Women's Union and Belaya Rus organizations, Glubokoye Dairy and Canning Plant, Tochinsky Canning Plant, and Polotsk State University helped to purchase humanitarian aid and organize its delivery.
