Applications are being accepted for the "Best Entrepreneur of the Year 2012" competition.
To the attention of business entities of the Vitebsk region: the first stage of the republican competition "Best Entrepreneur of 2012" has begun.
In accordance with the Regulation on the Republican Competition "Best Entrepreneur of the Year", approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2005, No. 305 "On the Republican Competition "Best Entrepreneur of the Year" and on amending the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 24, 2000, No. 615", the first stage of the competition "Best Entrepreneur of the Year" (hereinafter referred to as the competition) is being held in the Vitebsk region based on the results of the financial and economic activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for the reporting period - the past calendar year 2012.
The competition is held in the following nominations:
1. Best entrepreneur in the food production sector;
2. Best entrepreneur in the industrial goods production sector;
3. Best entrepreneur in the information technology sector;
4. Best entrepreneur in the construction sector;
5. Best entrepreneur in the retail trade sector;
6. Best entrepreneur in the public catering sector;
7. Best entrepreneur in the medical and pharmaceutical sector;
8. Best entrepreneur in the tourism and hotel services sector;
9. Best entrepreneur in the transport services sector;
10. Best entrepreneur in the consumer services sector;
11. Best peasant (farm) holding;
12. Best entrepreneurship support infrastructure entity;
13. Best entrepreneur in the innovation sector;
14. Best entrepreneur - organization with foreign investments;
15. Best entrepreneur-exporter;
16. Best entrepreneur - creator of new jobs.
Participants of the competition are those who have achieved high financial and economic results.indicators for the reporting period registered in the Vitebsk region:
individual entrepreneurs;
commercial organizations of private ownership, in the charter capital of which the state's share is no more than 50 percent;
subjects of infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized businesses.
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs whose main activities are the production and sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, oil and petroleum products do not participate in the competition.
A participant in the competition takes part in one of the nominations in accordance with their main type of activity.
Participants of the competition **by March 1, 2013** submit the following documents to the relevant city executive committees, district executive committees:
application for participation in the republican competition "Best Entrepreneur of the Year";
certificate of the head of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur;
copy of the identity document of the head of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur;
copies of the charter (articles of association - for a commercial organization operating solely on the basis of the articles of association) of the legal entity, certificate of state registration of the legal entity or individual entrepreneur, certified by the head of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur.
Winners and laureates of the competition are awarded diplomas "Winner of the Competition 'Best Entrepreneur of 2012 in the Vitebsk Region'", "Laureate of the Competition 'Best Entrepreneur of 2012 in the Vitebsk Region'" and prizes.
The conditions for participation in the competition, samples of filling out documents submitted for participation in the competition can be found on the website of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee in the section "Competitions", in the economics departments of district executive committees, as well as in the entrepreneurship development department of the economics committee of the regional executive committee by phone 36-58-84.
