Игорь Брыло провел «прямую линию» и прием граждан в Шумилинском районе
Presidential Aide – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Igor Brylo held a "direct line" and received citizens in the Shumilino District.

Residents of the region appealed to the Presidential Aide with their pressing issues.

A resident of the agro-town of Nikitikha disagrees with the coefficient of "1.3" for gas supply payments. As explained to the man, this coefficient is in accordance with the current legislation, and neither local authorities nor the representative of the head of state have the right to change it, either downwards or upwards. Perhaps the house needs to be insulated, then less gas will be needed for heating.

The second issue of the pensioner is related to his work as a gamekeeper in the forestry – about hunting wild boar for Russians, who are prohibited from exporting their game from Belarus.

– These are veterinary norms that must be observed, – noted Igor Brylo. – Perhaps they will be changed in the future, but for now, they are in effect.

Residents of Vitebsk came to the Presidential Aide's reception, complaining about a leaking roof in a residential building at Suvorova Street, 25. Despite repeated appeals to the housing and communal services, people are told that the problems have been resolved, but water still leaks from the ceiling on rainy days, and the basement is constantly damp.

Igor Brylo instructed the responsible services to meet with the residents in the near future and examine in detail what needs to be done.

A young woman, due to her addiction to alcohol, lost custody of her two minor children, who were removed from the family for six months and sent to the Obol Social Orphanage. And due to debts, she was evicted from the dormitory. Now, according to her, she has mended her ways, found a job, and would like to take her children back. But the problem is housing.

Igor Brylo suggested, as an option, to conclude a settlement agreement with PMK-70, which manages the dormitory, and to resettle the woman with her children. She would then have to pay off the debt and utility bills.

– We need to meet the mother halfway, who wants to live with her children. But you must also realize your responsibility and not repeat past mistakes, – the Presidential Aide addressed the woman.
