Igor Petrishenko positively assessed the work done:

- All algorithms have been worked out, everyone knows how to act. The city is practically ready to receive guests. Now, as is traditional, we are putting the Summer Amphitheatre in order, equipping it with all the necessary equipment.

Igor Petrishenko paid special attention to the preparation of the urban infrastructure and Vitebsk's readiness to receive a large number of guests, emphasizing that it is impossible to work according to old patterns:

- "Slavianski Bazaar" provides Vitebsk and the entire northern region with a unique opportunity to develop and improve annually. Forum guests should leave with the impression of Vitebsk as a modern, dynamically developing, and comfortable place, and at the same time, this impression should contribute to the formation of a positive image of Belarus as a hospitable, friendly, and open country. It is within our power to do everything possible to ensure that any guest visiting the festival for the first time wants to return to our country to get to know it better.

Igor Petrishenko also emphasized the need for prompt resolution of all emerging issues and the organization of clear, coordinated work. Employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate demonstrated specific elements of the practiced actions during the visit to the Summer Amphitheater to the participants of the meeting.

The chairman of the organizing committee paid special attention to the coverage of the forum's events:

- This year, they will receive higher quality coverage. In addition, the capabilities of the blogosphere will be actively utilized. I believe this will also additionally attract attention, and our festival will strengthen its title as a place of friendship and demonstration of sincere spiritual closeness of the Slavic peoples. I am confident that all spectators will receive a huge boost of inspiration and comfort, and the festival will continue to maintain its high standards.
