Igor Teplyakov: I am convinced that the current all-people's forum will leave a fundamental mark on the history of the Belarusian state

Игорь Тепляков: Убежден, что нынешний всенародный форум оставит фундаментальный след в истории белорусского государства
Igor TEPLYAKOV, delegate of the Seventh All-Belarusian People's Assembly, member of the Presidium of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Organization and member of the Central Committee of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus:

– It is important to note that the current All-Belarusian People's Assembly has constitutional status. If previously the decisions of the APNA were advisory in nature, now they will be mandatory for execution. The rights and responsibilities of APNA delegates are also enshrined, and the structure and competencies of the forum are established. Being a delegate of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly is not only an honor but also extremely responsible. Without exaggeration, for me it is a great honor to represent the deputy corps of Vitebsk region and my constituents at such a high level. I am convinced that our activities as delegates of the Seventh All-Belarusian People's Assembly will benefit the country and leave a fundamental mark on the history of our state.
