An Indian pharmaceutical company is showing interest in cooperating with OJSC "BelVitunipharma" on the implementation of projects at the production site in the regional center.

Currently, options for the Indian investor's participation in the privatization of state assets are being worked out.

As reported to "Vitebskiye Vesti" by the healthcare department of the regional executive committee, which exercises owner's supervision at the enterprise, currently options for the Indian investor's participation in the privatization of state assets of the joint-stock company, as well as conditions for investment interaction, are being worked out. The Indian company has studied the potential of "BelVitunipharma" and is preparing proposals on directions of cooperation with the Belarusian manufacturer. Domestic pharmacists are interested in developing the production of import-substituting drugs, including vaccines, as well as in increasing the efficiency of using production facilities in Vitebsk.
