Information on the environmental impact of the NPP in Belarus will soon be widely available

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection will soon post brief information on its website regarding the environmental impact assessment of the construction and operation of the nuclear power plant in Belarus. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by the ministry. The data will be posted on the website www.minpriroda.by. They were prepared by RUP "Belnipienergoprom" and the Directorate for the Construction of the Nuclear Power Plant of the Ministry of Energy of Belarus. The Ministry of Natural Resources will also send brief information on the environmental impact assessment of the project for the construction and operation of the NPP in Belarus to the contact points of the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context of five countries - Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Ukraine. -0-
