The Vitebsk Region Small Business Incubator and the Pskov Business Incubator have signed a cooperation agreement

This was announced by Mikhail Keizerov, Director of the Small Business Incubator of LLC "Law Firm "Law and Order". The Municipal Budgetary Institution "Pskov Business Incubator" of the neighboring Russian region sets the same goals as the Belarusian one – fostering private business entities. This served as the basis for establishing mutually beneficial contacts aimed at promoting the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Vitebsk and Pskov regions.

– The agreement is one of the outcomes of the recent innovation forum in Vitebsk, where this document was signed. It provides for the exchange of experience in working with novice entrepreneurs, assistance in finding business partners by creating a joint database based on supply and demand. In addition, we plan to organize business meetings, conferences, contact days, exhibitions, and other events to familiarize potential partners with the economy, export-import potential, and business conditions in the two regions, – said Mikhail Tomovich.

The small business incubator in Pskov, like the one in Vitebsk, provides legal, accounting, and consulting services relevant to novice entrepreneurs, and offers rental space on preferential terms. Therefore, a joint cooperation strategy and ideas for Russian-Belarusian projects have been outlined in the agreement.
