Agreements to this effect were signed today in Braslav at the II International Conference on Cross-border Cooperation and Investment Development, BELTA correspondent reports. "Kiroskpromstroy" LLC intends to engage in the construction of recreation centers and a cottage village. The investor plans to invest 3 million euros in the project implementation. By 2012, it is planned to build a recreation center with 50 beds. During 2011-2015, the investor plans to build 20 residential houses annually, and in 2015, complete the project with the construction of a second recreation center with 100 beds. It is expected that this project will create 60 new jobs, and the Braslav district will increase its additional taxable base. "Akva nmp" LLC plans to invest about 1.5 million euros in the reconstruction of a hotel in Braslav. The project implementation is allocated about three years. In addition to these agreements, protocols of intent on cooperation between the Braslav District Executive Committee and the local governments of border regions of Russia, Lithuania, and Latvia were signed at the conference today. The International Conference will conclude its work on October 2.
