This was announced today by Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection Igor Starovoitov, who is taking part in the final meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Committee for Labor, Employment and Social Protection, in response to a question from a BELTA correspondent. According to him, this is not about changing the system as such, but about making clarifications on certain issues related to the application of the contract form of employment. "The contract system of employment will be preserved. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure compliance with guarantees for people, employees," the deputy minister explained. The proposals for amending the contract system of employment are currently being considered by a working group specially created by the government, which includes representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus, Igor Starovoitov concluded. -0-
