The "MITSO" Legal Clinic will provide free consultations to those in need in Vitebsk
"We will open on February 9 and will provide free legal consultations to certain categories of citizens: low-income individuals, single mothers, large families, orphans, disabled persons and war veterans, students, and others. But let me clarify, this is specifically about consultations: we do not represent clients in court, nor do we handle criminal cases. We will work in the areas of labor, civil, family, housing law, social security law, inheritance law, international law, and tax law. And we will help draft documents related to these areas," noted Daria Kryuchkova.
Students of the Vitebsk branch of the International University "MITSO" under the guidance of teachers, including practicing lawyers, will act as consultants at the clinic.
"There haven't been a large number of applications from students to participate in the clinic's work. I have selected 12 well-prepared students who will work in pairs. Additionally, when preparing responses to each case, they will consult with experienced specialists," added Daria Kryuchkova. The "MITSO" Legal Clinic will be open to receive citizens on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the address: Vitebsk, M. Shagala St., 8A, office 617. You can pre-register by calling 8 (0212) 67-20-60.
