Construction of an industrial and logistics complex in Bolbasovo is planned to commence by the end of 2016

Construction work is planned to commence by the end of the year at the site designated for the creation of a multimodal industrial and logistics complex in the village of Bolbasovo (Orsha District). The project is being implemented in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 334 of July 21, 2015, and envisages the establishment of a major hub intended for locating raw material processing facilities, cargo handling and storage, as well as coordination and interaction of various modes of transport.

As reported by **Sergey Pats, First Deputy Chairman of the Orsha District Executive Committee**, the territory is currently undergoing active preparation for the arrival of construction crews. Areas are being cleared of woody and shrub vegetation, and other work necessary for the commencement of construction is being carried out. Project design is being conducted in parallel.

The construction of the industrial and logistics complex is planned to be carried out in three stages by 2023. The estimated investment volume is approximately 1.2 trillion rubles, and over 400 jobs will be created. The financing of the work is expected to be provided by the investor's own funds (LLC "Bremino Group"), as well as through loans and resources from project partners.
