The Vitebsk regional department of the Social Protection Fund of the Population informs that as of 01.01.2020, 309 employers in the region had overdue debt on payments to the fund's budget in the total amount of 13,553,058.86 rubles.
Non-payment of contributions violates citizens' right to pension provision. In accordance with Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 N 1596-XII "On Pension Provision", periods for which contributions have not been paid are not included in the work experience for the appointment of a pension to a specific employee.
