Personnel Day with the Chairman: Teamwork for Results
If the number of employees in the housing and communal services sector is to be optimized, then each employee must be approached carefully. The staff must deliver results, bring money to the enterprise, and then their salaries will grow.
- This year will be for the enterprise
complex, as Sennoye will host the regional festival of agricultural workers "Dazhynki-2016", - adds Deputy Chairman Vladimir Belous, who oversees the direction. – At the same time, there are reserves for significant savings. It is necessary to reduce water and heat losses, which are quite high for the district. The path of the head of OJSC "AgroBorovinka" of the Shumilino district, Vladimir Orlov, is not easy. He previously headed an agricultural enterprise, has experience, and is an agronomist by education, but recently he had to work as a foreman in a forestry enterprise... He will have to revive the farm, which has declined in economic performance. To do this, from the first day, the director needs to conduct detailed calculations: what revenue can be obtained per year, per month, how much to gain from improving the quality of milk and its marketability, how to achieve one hundred percent calf survival.
In his parting words to the head, Nikolay Sherstnev focuses on the real growth points of the enterprise's economy, emphasizing that he will have to work closely with the economic service of the district agricultural department.
OJSC "Belkovshchina" of the Verkhnedvinsk district also shows a decrease in milk production volumes. Milk yields are falling, and calf survival is only 82%, despite the fact that the farm specializes in raising cattle. The Chairman of the regional executive committee concludes that the work with the livestock is being carried out improperly. The fault lies not only with the director of the OJSC but also with the district leadership, which is obliged to intervene in the process if the indicatorsgoing into the red. The regional executive committee decided to revisit the analysis of this enterprise's activities.
Nikolai Nikolaevich also had many questions for the heads of agricultural enterprises presented for the extension of contracts with Alexei Khokhlov (OAO "Pravda-S" of Dubrovensky district), Gennady Grabovsky (KUSKhP "Orekhovno" of Ushachsky district), Vadim Gushcha (OAO "Agrotrud" of Vitebsky district), Nikolai Selikhanov (KUSKhP "Pervomayskoye" of Dubrovensky district).
- If you have land, choose agricultural crops and create a crop rotation system to provide livestock with full and adequate feed, - says Nikolai Sherstnev.
There is a negative trend in the economy of "Orekhovno". The reason is obvious – the farm is no longer capable of conducting effective production on its own. The way out of this difficult situation is to transfer the farm to an integration structure and use the land for its intended purpose.
However, the young director of the "PlissyAgro" enterprise of Beshenkovichsky district, Stepan Kuleshov (who has only been in this position for a year), is already showing positive results in management. Milk yield per cow has increased by a thousand liters! Specialists are currently working on technologies to increase the weight gain of young animals. The chairman of the regional executive committee notes the positive trend in animal husbandry in the entire Beshenkovichsky district.
A principled conversation also took place.with the directors of the Vitebsk Cardboard and Printing Plant, Maxim Divak, and "Amkodor-KEZ" of the Tolochin district, Andrey Yarotsky. For almost a year, the young, capable leader has been at the helm of the printing plant. And the enterprise, which found itself on the verge of survival, has gained prospects for growth. The regional executive committee decided to revisit the issue of organizing the production and sale of products by Vitebsk cardboard manufacturers, and to analyze their marketing activities.
Production volumes at "Amkodor-KEZ" have also quadrupled over the past year. The enterprise's new products are actively seeking buyers both in Sakhalin and in Latvia. The region always supports its manufacturers and will explore the possibility of acquiring new equipment for various purposes.
Summing up the results of the personnel day, the chairman of the regional executive committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, wished the leaders to bring all their plans to life and to justify the trust placed in them.

chief specialist of the main department of ideological work, culture and youth affairs of the regional executive committee.
