The caravan of "Sunny Bards" from Russia and Ukraine will stop in Vitebsk on February 24

February 21, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. The "Sunny Bards" caravan will stop in Vitebsk on February 24, the "Vitebsk" Center for Culture informed a BELTA correspondent. About ten performers from different regions of Russia and Ukraine will delight the Vitebsk audience with their creativity and positive mood. The vibrant celebration of author's songs, organized in the "Vitebsk" Concert Hall, will include solo performances, choreographic numbers, and a light show. Vitebsk bards will attend this event as spectators to observe the work of their colleagues from the sidelines and gain experience in organizing similar festivals. "The peculiarity of the concert will be its live nature: the performing artists will interact with the audience, invite them on stage, and promise a number of surprises," the Center for Culture reported. The "Sunny Bards" caravan appeared in the summer of 2003 at the II International Festival of Bard Song "Be Good!" (Ukraine). A small group of performers came up with the idea to go on a concert tour of cities before the next forum. Everything went successfully, which inspired the authors and performers for new joint performances. Over time, this initiative took the form of a traveling festival. -0-
