Карпенко: выборы Президента Беларуси прошли в полном соответствии с принципами открытости и гласности
The elections of the President of Belarus were held in full compliance with the principles of openness and transparency, stated the Chairman of the Central Election Commission Igor Karpenko at a meeting of the CEC.

"On January 26, 2025, the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus were held. The campaign was conducted within the timeframes established by national legislation, based on the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and the Electoral Code, in full compliance with the principles of openness and transparency, with the participation of a wide range of observers, both national and foreign. The elections were widely covered in the information space, including on the official website, social networks, and messengers of the Central Election Commission," said Igor Karpenko.

The head of the CEC noted the high-quality work of the Information Center, "whose platforms allowed for timely coverage of the voting process, providing voters, observers, and the media with up-to-date information, connecting regions in real-time to inform about the current situation, including at polling stations, throughout the election day." -0-
