The Committee for State Control transferred the materials of the inspection of OJSC "KIM" to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment
August 15, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA/. The Vitebsk Regional Committee for State Control has handed over to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment the materials of the inspection of KIM OJSC regarding the failure to submit state statistical reporting on overdue salary debts, the regional KGC informed BELTA correspondent.
During the inspection of KIM OJSC, repeated facts of exceeding the established deadlines for salary payments to employees for January-May 2011 by 13 to 25 days were revealed. In addition, having overdue salary debts as of March 1 (for January), April 1 (for February), May 1 (for March), June 1 (for April), and July 1 (for May), the enterprise failed to submit reporting on its existence to the state statistics bodies.
Meanwhile, earlier for the failure to submit the specified state statistical reporting as of February 1 of the current year, with overdue salary debts for December 2010, the responsible official of the enterprise was already brought by the regional KGC to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of Br700 thousand.
The inspection materials have been transferred to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment of the actions of the enterprise's officials regarding the failure to submit state statistical reporting data. The issue of bringing the responsible persons to administrative responsibility for the violations of salary payment deadlines is being considered.
The KGC constantly monitors the timeliness and completeness of salary payments, as well as the submission of state statistical reporting data on overdue salary debts. The results of control measures indicate that some managers of economic entities, who do not ensure timely salary payments, seek to conceal this fact by not submitting state statistical reporting data on overdue salary debts.
The Vitebsk Regional Control Committee draws the attention of heads of organizations and enterprises of all forms of ownership to the strict observance of the requirements of current legislation regarding the timely payment of wages, as well as the submission of state statistical reporting data, and reminds that heads of enterprises, associations, and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, who do not ensure the timely payment of wages, bear personal responsibility up to dismissal from their positions. For this offense, administrative responsibility is also provided in the form of a fine ranging from Br140 thousand to Br700 thousand. For failure to submit data to state statistics bodies, administrative responsibility is threatened in the form of a fine ranging from Br700 thousand to Br3.5 million, and for repeated violation - from Br3.5 million to Br7.0 million, and in some cases - criminal liability. -0-
