KGC will continue to optimize inspections - A.Yakobson
May 23, Senno / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. The State Control Committee of Belarus will continue to work on optimizing inspections. This was announced today to journalists by the Chairman of the SCC, Alexander Yakobson, in response to a question from a BELTA correspondent.
In the Address to the Belarusian people and parliament, the head of state instructed the government, the Presidential Administration and the SCC to develop additional measures to optimize control and inspection activities in the country in the first half of the year. Over the past few years, the SCC has fundamentally changed its approaches to inspection activities: it has become preemptive. The number of inspections is decreasing. Economic security issues have become a priority, and, according to Alexander Yakobson, the department has made progress in this regard.
At the same time, the control system requires improvement, and the SCC will continue to deal with it. "We need to move away from petty issues and deal with serious problems. To see problems at a distance, not just those that lie on the surface," - this is how the Chairman of the SCC characterized the current task of analysts and specialists involved in control activities. -0-
