The Committee for State Control revealed violations of the rules for trading auto parts at two enterprises in Vitebsk and Orsha.

Violations of the rules for retail trade in auto parts were revealed by the Vitebsk Regional Committee of State Control at two enterprises in Vitebsk and Orsha, the department informed a BELTA correspondent. A check of the turnover of spare parts and accessories for cars was carried out at ODO "Ilizar" (Orsha) and PTUP "Vitebskevro". During the analysis of the activities of the trade facilities of the Orsha enterprise, it was found that information about a number of goods and their manufacturers was not brought to the attention of buyers. Violations of the procedure for keeping books of remarks and suggestions were established in all inspected trade facilities. Similar violations were revealed at PTUP "Vitebskevro". In particular, at all four trade facilities of the enterprise, trade rules were violated. At all trading places leased by "Vitebskevro" at the auto market of the regional center, cases of retail sale of goods of foreign production were established without providing information on the name of the product, the name and location of the manufacturer, composition, properties, method and scope of application, date of manufacture, shelf life in Belarusian or Russian languages. Also, in violation of the requirements of the Instructions on the procedure for keeping cash operations and settlements in cash in Belarusian rubles in Belarus, cash receipts were not registered in a special journal before being transferred to the cash desk, and surprise cash inventories with a full recount of cash, forms of strict accountability in the cash desk were not carried out. Based on the results of the inspections, 9 offenders were brought to administrative responsibility with a fine of Br770 thousand.
