A collective farm in the Gorodok district and school buildings in the Glubokoye and Braslav districts were sold at auction for the base rate

As many as 4 successful auctions were held on June 22 at the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, where unused state property objects found new owners.

A complex of buildings of the former collective farm, located in the village of Bolshiye Stayki, Gorodok district, was put up for auction for the first time, immediately with an initial price set at 15 basic units. The complex includes 3 calf houses, 3 livestock premises, a livestock breeder's house, warehouses, a fire station, and a weighing station. There were 2 buyers for this price. During the bidding, the price increased more than 300 times and amounted to 127 thousand rubles. For this price, the complex of collective farm buildings was acquired by a private agricultural enterprise from the village of Pal'minka, Gorodok district. It is planned to grow bulls on the new premises to increase the enterprise's cattle population.

Also on June 22, three school buildings with a workshop, a shed, a toilet, a veranda, located at the address: Gluboksky district, village Zaprudye, Tsentralnaya St., 50A, were sold at auction. The school buildings have not been used since 2017, when it was decided to involve them in economic circulation by selling them at auction. The 7 auctions announced during this time were unsuccessful. This time, the school was put up with an initial price set at 3 basic units. There was one buyer for this price – an individual, a resident of Minsk, who purchased it for 85 rubles. The new owner plans to use the acquired school for the development of agro-ecotourism in the Gluboksky district.

A garage building with a total area of 27 sq. m., located at the address: Verkhnedvinsk, Gagarina St., 58V, was put up for auction for the first time and was sold for 860 rubles to the sole buyer – an individual, a resident of Verkhnedvinsk.

The school buildings, located in the village of Karasino, Braslavsky district, were put up for auction for the 13th time, this time with an initial price set at three basic units. As a result, the school was sold for 85 rubles – to an individual, a resident of the village of Murmishki, Braslavsky district.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the Vitebskoblimushchestvo committee has held 51 successful auctions, which has allowed us to find new owners for unused state property and, at the same time, replenish the regional budget by more than 1.3 million rubles.
