The conference of women entrepreneurs in Vitebsk became an open dialogue between business and government representatives
For the second time, the business conference "Subcontracting through Building Communications and Cooperations. Informal Education for Women Entrepreneurs" is being held in Vitebsk. Its goal is to establish international communications, share international practices in organizing production based on cooperative interaction between small, medium, and large businesses, promote and develop women's entrepreneurship, and develop and implement measures to stimulate women's activity.

According to specialists, the issue of problems arising from the so-called "business silence" of private enterprises has become urgent. It is important for representatives of medium and large businesses to openly contact each other, offer their products, and implement joint projects that will allow them to bring mutual production and sales of products to a new level. In continuation of this topic, a clear example was given. To manufacture parts in the machine-building industry, a small rubber band was needed. It would seem that this is the simplest material, which is not difficult to produce and deliver to the enterprise's needs, but due to "business silence," it was purchased from Switzerland for some time.
Chairman of the Tula regional public organization for assistanceand business development, **Svetlana Kaydarova**, head of the "Women Entrepreneurs Club," spoke about the development of women's entrepreneurship in Russia and praised the high level of support provided by the Belarusian authorities to small and medium-sized businesses.
"It is very significant to see a constructive dialogue and mutual understanding between government representatives and women entrepreneurs today. Women's public organizations in both Russia and Belarus serve as excellent platforms where women meet, share their experiences, and find answers to complex questions," emphasized Svetlana Kaydarova.
The guest mentioned that the dialogue between business and government is progressing well in Russia. Business breakfasts are frequently held, where both sides discuss problematic situations and their solutions in an informal setting.
Much was said about the state's financial, property, and informational support for small and medium-sized enterprises in Belarus.
During the conference, a presentation was heard from **Petr Arushanianz**, General Director of the Belarusian Fund for Financial Support of Entrepreneurs, on the Fund's work in promoting industrial cooperation.
Representatives from OJSC "Belinvestbank" and OJSC "Belagroprombank" informed the participants about the banks' programs and offers for the development and support of women's entrepreneurship.
