A tender for the sale of agricultural enterprise property as a single lot has been organized in the Vitebsk region
According to the terms of the tender, scheduled for August 3, the winner undertakes to preserve the production of agricultural products, as well as the number of jobs not less than at the time of signing the property sale and purchase agreement. The starting price of the tender item is determined at over Br6.7 million.
The lot includes more than 40 real estate objects and structures, over 20 units of equipment, including 11 tractors, a grain harvester and a forage harvester, as well as agricultural machinery, equipment and other property, and over a thousand heads of agricultural animals (cows, bulls, horses). KUPSHP "Bobrovo" specialized in crop production and dairy farming. In June 2017, by the decision of the economic court of the Vitebsk region, the farm was declared bankrupt, and liquidation proceedings were opened against the enterprise until June 2018.
