The largest entertainment and hotel complex was built by a Russian investor in the Dubrovno district
The investment agreement is the result of fruitful cooperation between the Republic of Belarus, represented by the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and the company "BelRosTorgSbyt".
Preparatory and design work began in the first quarter of 2012. Today, the complex with an entertainment center and parking lot is a hotel with 42 rooms, a parking lot for 300 cars, a bar with 60 seats, and mini-bars – gaming and sports.
The expected amount of tax deductions per year will be 3.2 million rubles. The complex, which cost 12 million dollars to build, will increase the flow of tourists to the Dubrovno district and Belarus as a whole to 50,000 per year.
In addition, it has an exclusive concept and design in the interior decoration of halls, lobbies, and bars, made from high-quality materials.
– The Vitebsk region has a unique location. This project is a start for attracting private capital to the Dubrovno district and the Vitebsk region as a whole, – noted Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Nikolai Sherstnev during the grand opening. – Moreover, an object of this scale is built not in the capital, but in the Dubrovno district. This complex means, in addition to jobs, taxes to the budget and the development of the social sphere.
