A large car market with service infrastructure will open near Vitebsk in 2012

The total area of the car complex is almost 8 hectares. It is planned to allocate about $7 million for the implementation of the project. The complex will include several structural divisions, as well as service facilities. The first stage of construction includes a market for the sale of used cars, which is already ready to receive its first visitors. The main volume of work is to be carried out in the second launch complex, which is planned to be commissioned next year.

Thus, the project provides for the construction of a multi-brand dealership auto center for the sale and service of cars, with a total area of over 3.2 thousand sq.m. According to preliminary information, the center will feature car brands such as Mercedes, Skoda, Mitsubishi, Ford, Kia. Nearby, there will be a shopping center for the sale of spare parts with an area of about 2.8 thousand sq.m. In addition, the car complex includes the creation of service infrastructure, including a restaurant and cafe, financial institutions, and a hotel complex for 70 places. The implementation of the project involves the creation of up to 200 jobs.
