"Friendship Cup"-2013 in Vitebsk!

From July 4th to 7th, the international beach soccer tournament "Friendship Cup"-2013 will be held in Vitebsk. National teams from Belarus, Turkey, Ukraine, Poland, UAE, and Iran will participate in the tournament.

The opening of the competition, which will take place at the beach soccer stadium in the floodplain of the Vitba River, is scheduled for 17:45 on July 4th. Prior to that, at 15:00, a press conference will be held.

The current international tournament is the 4th in the history of beach soccer development in our country. Since 2010, national beach soccer teams from Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Poland, and Moldova have competed on the hot sands of Vitebsk. Today, we are joined by already titled teams from Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and Turkey. Such representation testifies to the international recognition of beach soccer as a sport in the Republic of Belarus. Direct confirmation of this is the significant success of our national team in high-level European and international competitions. We are steadily moving forward, step by step.
