A Latvian AN-2 aircraft violated the Belarusian border

On the morning of February 8, Belarusian border guards recorded a violation of Belarus's airspace from Latvia.

An An-2 light aircraft flew into Belarusian territory to a depth of 300 meters and, flying around the Urbany border crossing point, returned to Latvia.

This is not the first case of violation of Belarus's airspace. Thus, on December 4, 2021, a Ukrainian helicopter flew into the territory of Belarus in the area of the Novaya Rudnya border crossing point, and on January 24 of the current year, a border violation was recorded in the area of Khmelishche village, Malorita district, by a Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle.
