The Lepel District Executive Committee is holding tender in the form of a competition for the lease of hunting grounds
The Lepel District Executive Committee on January 21, 2015, at 15:00 in the building of the district executive committee, located at: 6 Lenin Street, Lepel, will hold a tender in the form of a competition for the lease of hunting grounds with a lease term of at least 10 years.
The tender offers hunting grounds with a total area of 5972 hectares, including 3852 hectares of forest, 1880 hectares of field, and 240 hectares of wetland, located in the reserve fund of hunting grounds of the Lepel district within the following boundaries:
Western - from quarter 58, then along the forest boundary of quarter 3;
Northern - from quarter 3 of the Lepel Military Forestry along the northern boundary of the forestry to the road from the village of Novoselki;
Eastern - from the road from the village of Novoselki along the eastern boundary of the forestry to the Orsha-Lepel railway;
Southern - along the Orsha-Lepel railway to the western boundary of quarter 65 and along it to the Ulla River. Along the Ulla River to the west to the southwestern corner of quarter 58.
The deposit for the right to participate in the tender is 7 million 368 thousand Belarusian rubles, which must be paid no later than 5 days before the tender to the settlement account of the Main Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk region 3600319000004, UNP 300594330, payment code 04002, at branch 214 of OJSC ASB "Belarusbank" banking service center No. 211, Lepel, code 660. Preliminary familiarization with the tender object for participants will take place on January 16, 2015, at 10:00.
Legal entities wishing to participate in the tender must provide the following documents:
- Application for participation in the tender,
- Application for the lease of hunting grounds,
- Draft lease agreement for hunting grounds,
- written proposals for the development of the hunting management entity for two years, indicating sources and volumes of funding (including strengthening of protection, reproduction and biotechnological measures, ensuring optimal animal population density, terms of internal hunting management, improvement of the hunting grounds), sealed in a separate envelope,
- power of attorney of the legal entity's representative,
- a bank-certified copy of the payment order confirming the deposit of the earnest money to the current account specified above.
Documents are to be submitted by interested legal entities no later than January 15, 2015.
