The Summer Amphitheater in Vitebsk is ready to host the "Slavianski Bazaar".

July 8, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA /. The main stage of the XVIII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" - the Summer Amphitheatre - is getting ready to welcome artists. The stage installation is nearing completion, Director of the Summer Amphitheatre Anatoly Vasenda told a BELTA correspondent. This year, the main festival venue will impress with special effects and technological innovations: mirrors, iridescent LED screens, and huge elegant vases, as if specially prepared to collect all the July flowers. "The festival has never had such a beautiful stage before," added Anatoly Vasenda. In his opinion, it will look good both from the auditorium and on the TV screen. For the first time since 1997, the scenography has been handled by Belarusian specialists - the well-known Minsk company "Prestige-Image" LLC, which has repeatedly decorated concert venues at official events in the capital and at agricultural workers' fairs. The artistic design is supervised by Zinovy Margolin, a two-time laureate of the prestigious Russian theatre award "Golden Mask". The first rehearsals will begin on the decorated stage of the Summer Amphitheatre on July 9, and in the evening the venue will be tested by Valery Leontiev - this time he will be the opening act of the XVIII International Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", launching the series of festival events with his concert "I Love, I Miss, I Wait!". -0-
