A personal problem is a common matter: Anatoly Linevich held a "direct line" and a citizen reception in Lepel
Assistant to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Anatoly Linevich held a "direct line" and received citizens in Lepel, and also visited a number of production facilities.
The appeals concerned both personal and general problems. Ekaterina Mikhailovna lives near the city center in a multi-story building. Once, by decision of the district executive committee, unauthorized structures in the yard were demolished, now there is a wasteland. Residents of the house would like to organize a cooperative and build garages. Since spring, they have not been able to get either a positive or a negative answer.
Alexander Anatolyevich, a resident of the private sector in Lepel, inquired about how the government is resolving the issue of compensation for privatization checks "Housing". Is it possible to carry out the reconstruction of an old house with them?
The entrance to one of the five-story buildings in the district center has turned into a feeding ground for birds. Lidiya Anatolyevna reported this. Every day, her lonely neighbor from the 5th-floor balcony feeds the birds, and this has been going on for twelve years. There is dirt, droppings, and unsanitary conditions on the territory. Repeatedly, residents of the house have appealed to various authorities. The neighbor was persuaded, warned, fined, but the situation does not change. In winter, it is unbearable – hundreds of pigeons, sparrows, jackdaws, and crows gather. People hang feeders behind the house and ask the neighbor to use them, but she refuses.
On Parkovaya Street in Bolshoye Polsvizhe, the water quality is poor, said Inna Vadimovna. It was promised that the water supply source would be replaced this year. The applicant asked to be informed about the project's status. The Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee, Mikhail Kiselevich, explained that water from the new source will be supplied in the second half of the year. There are all the resources for this, and it is planned to replace 700 m of pipes.
In 2005, the building of the former medical company aid station of a military unit was capital repaired to serve as an outpatient clinic for the settlement of Zaslonovo. The healthcare facility serves over 3,000 people. A delegation of pensioners complained that it is difficult to get to the outpatient clinic, especially for elderly people. It is about 3 km from the farthest point of the settlement. The applicants ask to find a more convenient location for the medical facility. According to Mikhail Kiselevich, the problem is that in Zaslonovo, the only suitable premises are buildings constructed in the 1930s. Reconstruction will require at least 1 million rubles.
Anatoliy Linevich agreed that with a shortage of funds, it is unreasonable to invest large sums in the capital repair of an old building. It is better to spend them on acquiring new medical equipment that can significantly improve diagnostics, and to organize transportation for the residents of Zaslonovo to the outpatient clinic. By the way, in June, the Lepel Central District Hospital acquired a computed tomography scanner worth 880,000 rubles; local doctors need a magnetic resonance imaging scanner. As for transportation, a schedule for public transport to deliver residents of Zaslonovo to the outpatient clinic will also be developed soon.
In a conversation with journalists, Anatoliy Linevich noted that the local authorities are carrying out certain work. However, he would like problems to be studied more deeply and communication with people to be closer. As an example, he cited the issue of water supply in Bolshoe Polsvizh, whose residents do not know what will happen there in the near future.
Anatoliy Linevich also attended a meeting of the employment commission, the Lepel consumer cooperative, the milk and canned goods plant, and its agricultural branch "Zaozerie." He traditionally met with the personnel reserve, which provides an opportunity to see the potential and mood of young people. According to Anatoliy Konstantinovich, there are personnel in the regions; each person needs to be given the opportunity to realize their potential.
