Lithuanian businessmen will discuss cooperation prospects with Vitebsk enterprises

Lithuanian businessmen will visit the city on the Dvina on May 6 to discuss the supply of products from enterprises of the Vitebsk region to their retail chains, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Economy Committee informed a BELTA correspondent. The Lithuanian delegation will include representatives of the Belarusian Embassy in Lithuania, the administration of Utena County, and major retail chains of this Baltic country. During the discussion of cooperation prospects, guests will not only be able to familiarize themselves with the offers of Vitebsk manufacturers but also see samples of their products at a specially organized exhibition, and get acquainted with the workflow by visiting the "Grand-Holding" and "Zarya" enterprises. First and foremost, Lithuanian businessmen expressed interest in learning about enterprises producing household goods and furniture, so about 50 representatives of relevant regional manufacturers, including both state-owned enterprises and private businesses, will be present at the meeting with them, the regional executive committee noted. -0-
