Lithuanian schoolchildren will visit Braslav on November 18-19

November 6, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. Lithuanian schoolchildren will visit Braslav on November 18-19, the Braslav District Committee of the BRSM informed a BELTA correspondent. The trip of gymnasium students from Ignalina will take place within the framework of the "Expanding Friendly Relations" project under a bilateral agreement between the Ignalina municipality and the Braslav District Executive Committee. Lithuanian guests will communicate with their peers from the Braslav State Gymnasium and hold a joint creative concert of amateur art. At a round table, the children will discuss youth movements and youth policies in their countries, identify opportunities for further expansion of cooperation, and present presentations on the activities of their educational institutions. At the end of October, two delegations of Braslav schoolchildren visited Ignalina with a similar trip. The main goal of the project is to enrich the lives of the children, broaden their horizons, and also help them find new friends, the BRSM noted. -0-
