The best propagandist of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will be chosen in the Vitebsk region
The "Best Propagandist of Emergency Situations Bodies and Units of the Region" professional skills competition will be held for the first time in the Vitebsk region, the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Inspectors of propaganda and public relations groups of city and district emergency departments will take the stage on November 5-6 with their presentations, and will visit work collectives in Vitebsk with speeches on the topic of preventing fires and other emergencies. Contestants will prove themselves as masters of the word, journalism, developers of innovative projects, and simply creative individuals. "This will be a challenge not only for them but also for the organizers and judges of the competition, as it will be held for the first time in the Vitebsk region," the department noted.
Participants will have to demonstrate their skills in five nominations: "Presentation Card," "Home Assignment," "Shark of the Pen," "Innovative Social Project," and "Oratorical Skills." Propagandists face all of this in their daily work, as they bear a great responsibility – preventing fires and deaths from them, teaching the population life safety rules, and informing through the media on fire safety issues.
The winner will represent the Vitebsk region at the republican competition, which will be held from November 24-27 in Minsk.
