The best district inspector of Belarus became a police officer from the Vitebsk region

He had no equals at the XII Republican review-competition of professional skills, which took place in Gomel. The competitions are traditionally held on the eve of the district police officers' professional holiday (November 17) and include a check of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the participants. For Sergey Tikhonov, this is not his first victory: last year he was also recognized as the best in the country. The palm of victory also went to our countrymen in the team event.
