The best school principals were selected in the Vitebsk region
Initially, the best participants were selected at the district level, and then 25 of the most successful competed at the regional stage. The leaders presented essays about themselves and their work to the jury, as well as best pedagogical council developments. The dynamics of the development of the educational institution headed by the contestants were also taken into account. The best were determined in four nominations.
"Absolute winner of the competition" was Irina Zimnitskaya, principal of Secondary School No. 16 in Polotsk.
In the nomination "Consistently High Results of the Headed Institution in Educational Quality," the leaders of Vitebsk Gymnasiums No. 2 (Konstantin Kiselyov) and No. 7 (Svetlana Doroshchenko), and Porplishchenskaya Secondary School of Dokshitsky District (Oksana Polochinina) took the lead.
For "Best Essay About Oneself," the directors of Zabolotskaya Secondary School of Tolochinsky District (Rimma Kitaeva), Braslav Gymnasium (Lyudmila Kaptur), and Secondary School No. 9 of Orsha (Valentina Polyakova) were recognized.
"Best Pedagogical Councils" are held at Mazolovskaya Secondary School of Vitebsk District (Director Sergey Zubovich), Secondary School No. 4 of Chashniki (Elena Dabatovkina), and Secondary School No. 44 of Vitebsk (Sergey Pitalenko).
