The best managers, design engineers, and research developers were identified in the Vitebsk region

The competition among engineering and technical workers was held for the eighth time, but for the first time, two of its laureates represent small and medium-sized businesses. The best design engineers are Dmitry Smolyakov from ChPTUP "Machine-Building Company "Vitebsk Lifts" and Alexander Kuzmich, a representative of the Polotsk LLC "Point". They are developers of innovative, export-oriented products, and both winners are under 30 years old. Vitebsk resident Dmitry Smolyakov is the developer of the VIPО-22 hydraulic automotive lift model with a working platform, which is mainly supplied to foreign markets, as well as the VIPО-28 and VIPО-12 models, which are popular with the company's clients. Leading design engineer of LLC "Point" Alexander Kuzmich carries out work related to the entry of the Polotsk company into the European market. Thus, in his portfolio

It is designed for checking temperature measuring instruments as well as spot measurements of this parameter in a wide range of temperatures. The device has high export potential, it will be in demand by domestic consumers as well, in particular, by enterprises of Gosstandart.In addition, the regional employers' union summarized the results of the competition for the honorary title "Best Scientific Developer of the Year", which was held for the second time. Its laureate was Candidate of Technical Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Pre-University Training and Career Guidance of the Vitebsk State Technological University Victoria Murycheva. Recently, with her direct participation, a technology for obtaining composite materials with a woven base of specified porosity by impregnation has been developed, which has been successfully implemented at PE "Vitmа", SOOO "Belvest", OJSC "Belarusian Wallpaper" and some other enterprises. Laureates of honorary titles are awarded a certificate of honor and a valuable gift. The celebration of the winners of the regional competition will take place at the next event of the union. The Vitebsk Regional Employers' Union was established in 1999.
Today, the non-profit partnership unites over 400 enterprises and organizations of the real sector of the economy, while recently it has been growing due to representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. To attract new members, the union has modernized its organizational structure, creating regional employers' councils, and plans to establish inter-district branches on the basis of regional branches of VOSN.
