Master classes and trainings are planned for the leaders of student detachments of the Vitebsk region

Master classes and trainings are planned to be organized for commanders, commissars of student teams of the Vitebsk region and potential candidates for these positions, said the first secretary of the regional committee of the BRSM, Vyacheslav Khrol, after a meeting with commanders and commissars of the best teams in the region.

During the meeting, young people proposed initiatives that found support from the leadership of the regional committee of the BRSM. Ideas for creating chronicles and logos for the teams were voiced, which will contribute to the development of their image and will be a support for new fighters.

"Wishes were also expressed for the commanders and commissars of the teams to conduct trainings, master classes, and issue methodological guidelines. The fighters will make proposals, and based on them, we will hold the Forum of Student Youth. During it, we will create a platform where commanders, commissars, and potential candidates for these positions can learn the necessary skills," noted Vyacheslav Khrol.

According to him, new contacts with representatives of Russia are currently being developed. A preliminary agreement has been reached that the youth of Vitebsk will go to Rostov-on-Don this year as part of agricultural teams. In 2018, almost 5.3 thousand people were employed in student teams of the Vitebsk region. Young people worked in Belarus, Russia, and Moldova.

Based on the results of last year's work, the youth of the northern region became winners in many nominations, and the construction team "Eureka" of Polotsk State University was awarded the challenge banner of the best student team that worked at the All-Belarusian Youth Construction Project.
