An unfinished building at the intersection of streets

"Pravdy" and Tereshkovoy dates back to the 90s of the last century. Different owners tried to open a store in this building ""Forest Gifts"".

At the beginning of this year, the two-story building was bought by the private enterprise UP "MegaEurotex" from the last owner – the Novopolotsk firm

"Torgtekhnoservis".

The facility is currently undergoing reconstruction, — said Viktor Velyugo, General Director of "MegaEurotex". — The renovated building at "Pravdy", 63, with an area of about 2 thousand square meters, will most likely be commissioned in the spring of next year. We are going to lease the building. It will house a furniture center.

On the balance sheet of CUEP

"MegaEvrotex" includes the shopping centers "Belarus", "Continent", "Megacenter", "Passage", and the club "Energiya". A construction market will soon appear in place of the latter, and next to the shopping center "Passage" — the entertainment center "Vintazh", reported Viktor Velyugo.
