Cooperation between Vitebsk and Astrakhan regions is expanding (06.04.2017)

Questions of strengthening mutual trade-economic and humanitarian ties between Vitebsk and Astrakhan regions of the Russian Federation were discussed during a meeting in the Caspian capital by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Shersnev, and Governor Alexander Zhilkin. These days, a business delegation from the Dvina region is there on an official visit.
