Regional Executive Committee identified problems in the construction industry (07/27/2017)

The issues of construction and commissioning of residential buildings were discussed today at an open meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. Almost 140 thousand square meters of total area of residential buildings were commissioned in the Vitebsk region in the first half of 2017. This is 55 percent of the annual target. One of the main problems is long-term construction projects. For example, the commissioning of a multi-story building in Orsha has been postponed for the third time.
