Law enforcement agencies took control of the preparation and progress of the harvest campaign (08.03.2017)

On behalf of the President, the preparation and progress of the harvest are under close scrutiny of law enforcement officers and rescuers. Joint groups have been created in the Vitebsk region, comprising representatives of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the prosecutor's office, the state control committee, the state technical supervision inspectorate, and the police. The focus is on the readiness of agricultural machinery, compliance with fire and labor safety rules, and the preservation of the new harvest. The schedule for these groups' visits has been approved by the regional prosecutor.
