The Development Bank branch became the first facility in the new microdistrict in Vitebsk

The new building of the branch of the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus was solemnly opened in Vitebsk. The Bank finances large-scale investment projects provided for by state programs. The Development Bank has been present in the Vitebsk region since 2013. And during this time, the total volume of investments made in the region's economy has amounted to more than 350 million rubles. Priority areas include modernization and opening of new industrial enterprises, development of agriculture, small and medium-sized businesses, and social projects. This year, more than five hundred units of equipment for the region's agro-industrial complex have been purchased with the bank's funds. Just a few days ago, an agreement was reached on financing the most famous long-term construction project in Vitebsk – a polyclinic in the South-7 microdistrict. Thanks to the funds of the Development Bank aimed at completing the construction, the medical institution is planned to be commissioned next year.
