The Vitebsk region team became the best at the "Teacher of the Year of the Republic of Belarus" competition. For "significant personal contribution and development of the education system, high performance in teaching and upbringing of the younger generation, professionalism," the best teachers of the northern region received honorary diplomas and letters of gratitude from the chairman of the regional executive committee, Nikolai Shersnev.
